The Samsung Galaxy A20s and A50s were unveiled at SM City Cebu early this October.
The program was headlined by Medyo Maldito and there were other guest content creators, too. The program was held at the stage within the Foodcourt premises and the place was packed!
Samsung Galaxy A20s
Retailing at PHP 9,990 in the Philippines, this news smartphone from Samsung packs a punch.
The Samsung Galaxy A20s has an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors. Its dimensions are as follows: 163.3 x 77.5 x 8 mm (6.43 x 3.05 x 0.31 in). Weighing at only 183 g, it is light and handy.

The Samsung Galaxy A20s runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) and is available in single-sim or dual-sim models.
As for the camera, it has a Triple main camera system consisting of a 13MP wide lens, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. For those of you who love taking selfies, this phone’s 8MP front-facing camera is not bad at all.

Samsung Galaxy A50s
The Samsung Galaxy A50s, meanwhile, is the higher-priced newest flagship product.
The 128GB model retails at PHP 18,990 while 64GB option is more affordable at PHP 15,990.

Highlight features include a Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors. Like the A20s, its operating system is the Android 9.0 (Pie). Dimensions are 158.5 x 74.5 x 7.7 mm (6.24 x 2.93 x 0.30 in).
This phone is also great for those who are into smartphone photography because of its Triple Main Camera system. You’ll get a 48MP wide lens, an 8MP ultrawide one, and a 5MP depth sensor. The selfie camera offers 32MP and HDR capabilities. Awesome!
Fun Phone Launch Program
Samsung, like they always do, made sure that consumers get to know their products in the best way possible. So, they held the reveal program of their newest phones at SM City Cebu with Medyo Maldito as a guest. He is a well-known Filipino social media star and you can bet that the stage was packed with people!
Aside from the actual unveiling of the Galaxy A20s and A50s, there were mini games that excited the audience. A lucky few were called on stage to answer questions. When they got it right, they received awards and tokens from Samsung.
